Pain all over after an INTENSE (?) workout yesterday.
So it's my 2nd month in the gym still my body is not used to all this intense workout. have bodyache eventhough i go to the gym twice a week :| oh well maybe its not enough . have to drink meds for body ache so that i could go back to the gym tom and not whine about my pains. but im allergic to alaxan but anyways, i'll take anything that's generic.
